Training topics & masterclasses

Sinopia designs and delivers in-house workshops, masterclasses and short courses on the topics below, tailored to your organisation and audience. This list is a starting point for a conversation, not a fixed menu — get in touch to scope a session for your team. Our workshops are typically delivered in-person to groups of between 10 and 28 attendees, and run for 3 hours. Preparatory materials are delivered ahead of the workshop to familiarise attendees with key concepts and terminology. The workshops blend expert-led delivery and explanation of the core topics with reflection on implications and actions for the client team. To operationalise attendees' learnings and skills, each workshop concludes with an interactive exercise based on a pre-agreed scenario. Please note, we can only offer these workshops to Australian state or federal agencies, or Australia-registered businesses.
